Terms of Service

Shared Files PRO is created by Tammersoft Inc. (alternatively Tammersoft Oy), a Finnish company with the company ID 3146499-1 and VAT number FI31464991.

License

An active subscription for Shared Files PRO grants you access to plugin updates and priority customer support.

Once the license expires, you won’t be able to update the plugin to a newer version or access the priority support. The plugin will still function as usual, but we can’t guarantee any future compatibility or protection from possible vulnerabilities in the plugin code.

The license may be transferred to another party.

Support for Shared Files PRO is available by sending the form at sharedfilespro.com/support/ and directly by email at support@tammersoft.com.

Warranty

Shared Files PRO is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments

For your security, we do not store your credit card or payment information on our site. All payments are processed by third party payment processors, including Freemius, Stripe and PayPal.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller freemius.com. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Pricing

Tammersoft Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product and any support license type without notice.
